Qualifications

• 3+ HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Certification is a plus, but attitude and willingness to learn matter.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep customers comfortable year-round.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues with confidence.
• Explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
• Complete service calls accurately while maintaining professionalism.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit.
