Qualifications
- HVAC maintenance and diagnostics experience.
- EPA certification is required.
- Strong customer-service mindset and ability to explain repairs to homeowners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- NATE certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to extend system life.
- Own the customer experience on every call.
