Job summary

Endless Energy is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. You will service heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, ductless systems, and central AC, communicating options clearly to homeowners and documenting work accurately.

Ideal candidates have EPA Universal Certification, at least 3 years of residential HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screens.

Annual Earnings: $75,000 - $130,000+

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Service heat pump, ductless mini‑splits, furnaces, boilers, and central air conditioning systems
• Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations with homeowners
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

Requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• EPA Universal Certification
• At least 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening
• Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform the daily demands of field service work

Preferred Experience

While not required, these qualifications will help you stand out:

• 5 or more years of HVAC experience
• Massachusetts Refrigeration License
• Previous Lead or Senior Service Technician experience
• Additional trade licenses or certifications in plumbing, electrical, or sheet metal
• Consistent record of high performance and customer satisfaction
