Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems in customers’ homes. You will perform maintenance on ACs, furnaces, and heat pumps, communicating clearly and documenting all work in ServiceTitan.

A strong customer focus and Radiant-brand representation are essential. Requirements include 2+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, TDLR license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• EPA Certification and TDLR license required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain and recommend repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers' homes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers’ homes
• Perform maintenance and service on air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and recommended solutions
• Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations
• Deliver a great customer experience while representing the Radiant brand

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)
• Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan software
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain and recommend repairs
• Experience with variable-speed equipment and replacing components such as capacitors, contactors, and motors
• EPA Certification and TDLR license required
