Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin provides HVAC service and repairs for residential systems. You’ll diagnose and fix air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps, while delivering top-tier customer care and using ServiceTitan to document work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• EPA Certification and TDLR license required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with variable-speed equipment and replacing capacitors, contactors, and motors.
• Comfortable using ServiceTitan and iPad.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers’ homes.
• Perform maintenance on air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and recommended solutions.
• Document jobs, notes, and recommendations in ServiceTitan.
• Deliver a great customer experience while representing the Radiant brand.

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)
• Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan software
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain and recommend repairs
• Experience with variable-speed equipment and replacing components such as capacitors, contactors, and motors
• EPA Certification and TDLR license required
