Ten or more years of experience in HVAC or heating oil industries.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

Oversee the service department and supervise field staff.
Develop and monitor schedules; manage off-hour shifts with pay differential.
Provide technical training and mentor junior technicians.
Act as liaison between management, field staff and clients to ensure high quality and satisfaction.
