Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and ensure satisfaction while working under supervision from a Field Supervisor or GM.

Location is Upper Darby, PA; the role requires a valid license, EPA certification, and the ability to lift 75 pounds, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years of field experience.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification and state/local licensing as required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Record work details on handheld device and complete forms accurately.
• Promote products and services to customers during service visits.
• Deliver parts and equipment and coordinate with dispatch on status.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
