Blauch Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Service HVAC Supervisor to lead the Harrisonburg-based HVAC service team, oversee daily operations and mentor technicians. You will provide technical guidance, ensure customer satisfaction, and partner with leadership to maintain safe, efficient service.

A driver’s license and state master tradesman license are preferred. You will manage scheduling, performance coaching, and continuous improvement across the department while promoting safety and high

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial HVAC experience with leadership and coaching background.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reading plans, drawings, and specifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily operations of the HVAC Service team.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to technicians.
• Coach, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and apprentices.
• Conduct jobsite visits and quality inspections, with performance coaching.
