Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on HVAC service or maintenance experience.
• Technical understanding of residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% locally.
• Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Service equipment including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air rotation units, and water source heat pumps.
• Diagnose system issues to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high quality standards.
• Mentor entry-level technicians and apprentices through in-house trade development programs.
• Collaborate with field leadership to maintain daily operational efficiency and project safety standards.
