Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• EPA (preferred).
• 6+ years HVAC Service experience.
• 6+ years of proven success selling direct to homeowners.
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills.
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to climb into attics/crawl spaces and work outside in heat.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Engage customers and propose upgrades, new equipment, or maintenance plans.
• Close sales while delivering value-driven solutions.
• Coordinate with dispatch and sales teams for timely follow-up.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all jobs.
