• Mechanically inclined and able to lift and use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with skilled technicians and installers.
• Receive hands-on training in residential HVAC service, repair, and installation.
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, and job-site installation.
• Operate hand and power tools; lift over 50 lbs regularly.
• Ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and regulations.
