Qualifications

• 6+ years HVAC service experience.
• 6+ years selling directly to homeowners through in-home presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to close sales and recommend cost-effective upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Engage customers in conversations about improvements and upgrades.
• Present product/service recommendations based on system analysis.
• Close sales for upgrades, new equipment, and maintenance plans.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with dispatch and sales teams for timely scheduling.
