ConServ Building Services in Nashville seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Sales Representative to drive growth with commercial clients. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with property owners, facility managers, and operations teams, and sell customized HVAC service agreements.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in construction or mechanical service is a strong plus.
• Prior specialized sales training such as Sandler Sales Training or Miller Heiman is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or marketing; or 5+ years relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Identify new customers within commercial and industrial settings (healthcare, education, government, manufacturing, distribution).
• Use a consultative sales approach to engage key decision makers (owners, facility engineers, managers, general contractors).
• Travel within the territory to meet clients for new business development; attend events to engage decision makers.
