Total Comfort Solutions is seeking a Service Manager in Charleston, SC to lead staff and coordinate service and project work, ensuring quality and contractual fulfillment. The role requires directing operations, overseeing field activities, and driving profitability while maintaining high standards of service.

You will manage processes, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients to meet schedules and budgets, promoting continuous improvement and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Associates and/or bachelor’s degree, Technical/Business or equivalent.
• 8-15 years proven experience in a Service and Project Manager role.
• Strong understanding of industry codes and standards.
• Solutions-minded with cost-control capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate a team to meet goals and objectives.
• Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business processes and staff to ensure gross profit redemption.
• Conduct Start-Up Meetings for new contracts with relevant personnel.
• Perform periodic Preventative Maintenance checks and train staff.
• Delegate and organize work, align objectives, and manage performance.
• Apply business sense to streamline operations and profitability.
• Lead strategic meetings with key decision-makers and adapt to new tools.
• Coordinate project work and ensure timely completion within budgets.
• Promote new business and support sales with leads and opportunities.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and professional conduct across teams.
