Total Comfort Solutions in Charleston, SC is seeking a Service Manager to lead and manage staff to meet departmental objectives while fulfilling contractual commitments to clients in a timely, high-quality manner. This role also oversees and coordinates project work.

You will drive operational excellence through effective staffing, safety compliance, and strategic planning, while building strong client relations and mentoring team members to improve performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Associates and/or bachelor’s degree, Technical/Business or equivalent.
• 8-15 years proven experience in a Service and Project Manager role.
• Strong understanding of industry codes and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to control costs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff to meet objectives and fulfill contractual commitments.
• Oversee service and project work from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across service operations.
