Qualifications

• HVAC Certificate from accredited HVAC institution.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in HVAC field.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and safe work habits.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to mentor an Apprentice to Technician.
• Ability to pass fit-for-duty evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC and related equipment in a timely, high-quality manner.
• Maintain professionalism and a neat appearance and work vehicle.
• Complete accurate work tickets for billing & payroll purposes.
• Submit Refrigerant Tracking Logs timely.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers using the LINC model.
• Build rapport with clients, vendors, and outside contacts.
• Utilize technology to enhance performance (email, BuildOps).
• Share knowledge with other Technicians to solve issues.
• Conform to Total Comfort Solutions values daily.
