Total Comfort Solutions in Augusta, GA is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service team and oversee project work, ensuring contractual commitments are met with high quality. You will manage staff performance, coordinate resources, and drive profitability across service and project initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and strategic planning, with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence in HVAC services.

Qualifications

• Associates and/or bachelor’s degree, Technical/Business or equivalent.
• 8-15 years proven experience in a Service and Project Manager role.
• Strong understanding of industry codes and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate team to meet goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business processes and staff to ensure gross profit redemption.
• Lead Start-Up Meetings for all new contracts with relevant personnel.
• Audit staff performance and manage hiring, promotions, and compensation.
• Coordinate project work from inception to completion when no PM is available.
• Promote new business and upgrade existing agreements by guiding staff to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Direct staff to close all completed jobs and optimize cash flow.
