Job summary

Service Experts in West Chester, PA is seeking an HVAC service technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, perform maintenance, and promote services while ensuring timely, courteous, and accurate workmanship.

You will advance through our Training Academy and contribute to a team focused on customer satisfaction. A valid driver’s license, EPA certifications, and 2+ years of HVAC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC tech with 2+ years experience and applicable training/certification
• Proficient in diagnosing heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration equipment
• Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant/duct systems
• Licensed/certified as required by local regulations
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
• Inspect and service HVAC equipment and accessories
• Record call details and collect payments using handheld device
• Promote products and services to customers
• Ensure company vehicles and tools are well-maintained and stocked
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professional conduct
