Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a field HVAC technician to diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote services, under supervision of the Field Supervisor or GM.

The role requires EPA and safety certifications, a high school diploma or GED with HVAC training, and 0–2+ years of experience. Location is Gaithersburg, MD with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training or certification.
• 0–2+ years' experience in HVAC with required certifications.
• EPA and safety certifications required; valid licenses where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve customer problems professionally.
• Inspect equipment, identify issues, and prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Complete paperwork neatly and collect payment when applicable.
• Communicate status to dispatch and ensure customer satisfaction.
