Service Experts is seeking an HVAC technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems in the West Mifflin, PA area. You will perform maintenance, respond to service calls, and ensure customer satisfaction while representing the company professionally.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid drivers license. On-site opportunities include strong training, advancement options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with related training and 2+ years of HVAC experience.
• Must hold all required licensing or certifications for the work area.
• EPA and safety certifications are required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and efficiently.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent potential breakdowns or callbacks.
• Complete routine maintenance and clean equipment as needed.
• Handle parts delivery and removal for service work and document activities.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure accurate status and satisfaction.
• Promote products and services and assist with sales leads.
