Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks an HVAC sales professional to grow and maintain client relationships in the Sacramento area. You will develop sales materials, expand the client base with preventive maintenance contracts, and prepare proposals to meet client needs.

Strong communication, a solid HVAC product knowledge base, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office are essential. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC sales experience.
• Knowledge in current HVAC products/services and plumbing trades.
• Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED, College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to ensure services meeting/exceeding expectations.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Develop relationships with new clients and offer all services with emphasis on selling and renewing HVAC preventive maintenance contracts to expand client base.
• Estimate and generate service and preventive maintenance proposals.
• Provide constructive input at team meetings.
• Track sales and review with service manager.
