Job summary

AB Facility Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee daily HVAC and general service scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and technician coordination in a fast-paced environment.

This role prioritizes service calls, ensures timely completion, builds strong customer relationships, and collaborates with the Operations Manager and field teams to resolve issues and improve overall service performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC service, dispatching or customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling and dispatching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HVAC and general service scheduling and dispatching.
• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding service requests and scheduling.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate technician schedules, priorities, and emergency calls.
• Monitor open service calls to ensure timely completion and follow-up.
• Communicate service updates, delays, and scheduling changes to customers.
• Handle customer concerns and service escalations professionally.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager, technicians, dispatch, and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor technician utilization, response times, and overall service performance.
• Conduct daily reviews of work orders, notes, materials, and time.
