Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 15+ years of engineering, construction, or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC service and installation methods.
• Ability to read construction drawings, measure accurately, and multitask.
• Ability to manage job budgets and deadlines.
• Knowledge of electrical and control systems related to HVAC.
• Commitment to safety and leadership excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service department, setting strategic vision and culture.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff with timely performance reviews.
• Coordinate with insides sales, dispatch, and field personnel to scope projects.
• Develop weekly plans for labor and materials.
• Ensure project execution aligns with quotes, bids, and contracts.
• Oversee warehouse and materials management and safety compliance.
• Maintain relationships with owners, developers, engineers and general contractors.
• Provide daily updates to executives on job status and needs.
