SSH BUILDING AND FACILITY SERVICES LLC is seeking an HVAC Service Mechanic to join a positive, family-oriented team in Brandamore, PA. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA Certification, and hands-on service/repair on oil and gas units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential HVAC, including EPA Certification.
• Experience doing service and repair on oil and gas units.
• Possess a set of basic hand tools.
• Hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Clean driving record, criminal record and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components.
• Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement).
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles.
• Clearly maintain regular communication with dispatch.
