Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC management experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• In-depth expertise and hands-on knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC technicians to meet service demands and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identify and generate service opportunities; promote maintenance agreements and bid on contracts.
• Collaborate with dispatch to optimize technician scheduling and ensure parts procurement.
• Provide clients and leadership with project updates including ETA, labor hours, and materials.
• Maintain communication with vendors and factory reps for warranty concerns and recalls.
• Implement ongoing training programs to enhance HVAC technician skills and safety.
• Ensure service vehicles are well-maintained and utilized efficiently.
• Expand preventive maintenance revenue and focus sales on key market segments.
• Work with Service Administration to ensure accurate delivery of reports and invoices.
