You will manage schedules, budgets, and inventory, support sales efforts, and uphold safety standards while delivering high-quality repair, maintenance, and installation services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HVAC.
• Current CT HVAC License.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and mentor diverse teams.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Skills in budgeting, sales, and performance metrics.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of HVAC and plumbing technicians, customer service representatives, and dispatchers.
• Manage schedules, send out service calls, and ensure all needs are met for daily operations.
• Monitor budget, inventory, and vehicle maintenance.
• Serve as the main customer contact, answering questions and solving problems.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and enforce safety rules.
