Steve Basso Plumbing, Heating & A/C LLC seeks an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead HVAC and plumbing operations at our Stratford, CT facility. The role focuses on mentoring technicians, coordinating dispatch, and driving service quality in a hands-on, on-site leadership capacity.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of HVAC experience, a CT HVAC license, and strong leadership with budgeting and sales acumen. Join a team that values growth and a brand-new shop environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of HVAC experience.
• Current CT HVAC License.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and mentor diverse teams.
• Residence within 25 miles of the 06615 ZIP code (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead HVAC and plumbing operations and mentor staff.
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and daily operations.
