Job summary

Starnes, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead the daily operations of the service department for commercial and industrial HVAC projects.

You will ensure high quality, on-budget completion of service projects, maintenance agreements, and system repairs while growing the team and improving customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Branch Leader and requires strong leadership, field experience, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of management experience or field supervision.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience estimating and presenting service quotes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop service staff, including hiring, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Oversee service and maintenance calls to ensure on-time completion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate training, safety, and work procedures; ensure proper tools and materials.
