Qualifications

• At least three years of proven leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC service and maintenance teams to deliver quality work and excellent customer experiences.
• Coordinate technician schedules, direct daily operations, and provide technical support.
• Understand department goals and hold the team accountable for performance.
• Review technicians' work to ensure it meets established quality standards.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard technicians to support department needs.
• Promote compliance with applicable safety requirements and company procedures.
• Ensure team members follow service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Address operational challenges and support continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as needed to maintain efficient department operations.
