Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC management or service leadership.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration.
• Experience leading HVAC service technicians.
• Ability to diagnose complex HVAC problems and provide direction.
• Ability to read HVAC manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams.
• Know preventive maintenance, start-up, commissioning.
• Driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the HVAC Service Department and coordinate workloads with dispatch.
• Schedule and assign technicians based on skill, efficiency, and customer needs.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance.
• Review completed work to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and invoicing for service activities.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews of staff.
• Coordinate OEM and factory training to keep technicians current.
• Develop service agreements and bid for contracts.
