Qualifications

The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates clearly with customers as well as their team, and can diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems with professionalism and care. This position can grow into an overall Operations Manager with proven work history.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, tune-ups, and safety checks.
• Communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Complete work orders, service documentation, and job notes accurately.
• Follow company safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Prior residential HVAC service experience (5yrs+) .

• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions common to North Texas.
