Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a dependable HVAC Technician/Service Manager in Justin, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, perform inspections, and communicate options to customers. This role offers growth toward Operations Manager with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.

You will work with a team, receive training, and have opportunities for advancement in a growing North Texas market. A company vehicle or allowance may be provided, depending on policy.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service experience (5+ years).
• Registration or eligibility for Texas HVAC technician license.
• EPA 608 Certification required for refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, tune-ups, and safety checks.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Complete work orders and service notes accurately.
• Follow safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional image.
• Support installation teams during equipment changes or upgrades.
