Job summary

Robinson Air in Lawton, OK is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the HVAC department's daily operations, key metrics, and cost control. You will lead a growing team, manage hiring and terminations, and ensure high-quality service while guiding strategic planning and hands-on technician ride-alongs for training.

The role requires at least 10 years of operational leadership within service, stable references, and the ability to pass drug and background checks.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of operational leadership experience directing service staff, and personal knowledge of HVAC experience is a must!
• Exposure to managing a service business and/or employees working outside of the office.
• Stable work history with ability to provide references.
• Ability to pass drug and background check.
