Design Air Inc in Missoula, MT is seeking an entry-level HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician. You will perform routine maintenance on residential and light commercial systems, work with low/high voltage, and discuss options with customers.

Training is provided to help you grow in a locally owned team. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license and EPA certification or be prepared to obtain it within 3 months.

Qualifikationen

• Current EPA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Experience performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using power and hand tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician – Entry Level

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30am - 6:00pm | Monday to Friday (occasional overtime)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Annual and routine maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC Systems
• Working with low and high voltage
• Customer service & communication with customers on system enhancement products and replacement options
• Assist with training junior technicians

What We're Looking for:

• Current valid driver's license with an acceptable, insurable driving record
• At least 1 year of experience performing routine maintenance
• Current EPA certification, or willingness to obtain EPA certification within 3 months of hire
• Strong interest in building and improving customer service skills
• Willingness to participate in service training, seminars, and educational classes
• Comfortable safely working from a 28-foot extension ladder and 12-foot step ladder
• Ability to safely use a variety of power tools and hand tools
• Capable of understanding and following both written and verbal instructions
• Organized, dependable, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
