Qualifications

• 3+ years in home services with leadership or senior tech role
• HVAC diagnostics knowledge and service call structure
• Proven ability to coach technicians and improve first-time fix rates

Responsibilities

• Ensure technicians diagnose issues correctly and deliver the right scope of work
• Drive accountability for first-time fix rates and accurate service recommendations
• Monitor technician performance and provide real-time coaching
• Mentor technicians to sharpen troubleshooting and customer communication
• Analyze service data to identify trends and training gaps
• Lead weekly technician training sessions
• Ensure compliance with the five-step service process
• Conduct follow-up calls to verify customer satisfaction and maximize conversions
• Collaborate with scheduling and other departments to optimize efficiency
• Communicate campaigns and promotions to the service team
