Job summary

Wildcat Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician to diagnose, service, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems. You will install central air, heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, and related equipment, following manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.

You will document service calls and communicate clearly with homeowners while upholding Massachusetts codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of residential HVAC service and installation experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing, repairing, and installing furnaces, central AC, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Massachusetts refrigeration license preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC safety codes and Massachusetts regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean MA driver’s license; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems.
• Service and install central air, heat pumps, furnaces, and mini-splits per specs.
• Perform system replacements and installations per best practices.
