Job summary

Wildcat Plumbing Services is seeking a Plumbing & Heating Technician to diagnose, service, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing and heating systems. You will service boilers, water heaters, and hydronic systems, performing inspections and system upgrades to high industry standards.

Expect to work independently with a strong emphasis on safety, craftsmanship, and customer communication. Massachusetts license is required and training is provided to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License required.
• 3+ years residential plumbing and heating experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of MA plumbing, heating, and safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing and heating systems.
• Service boilers and residential heating systems; diagnose problems and propose solutions.
• Install water heaters, fixtures, valves, pumps, and related equipment.
• Inspect plumbing and heating systems and keep the worksite clean and compliant.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and document work in company software.
