Job summary

Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, is seeking a Service Coordinator in Greensboro, NC. You will schedule technicians, manage customer inquiries, and ensure accurate timekeeping and invoicing.

This in-office role supports warranty processes, parts orders, and ERP data entry while maintaining OSHA logs. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2–4+ years in related service fields, and familiarity with service-tracking software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in mechatical, electrical, or plumbing service field is preferred.
• Experience with service-tracking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions appropriately.
• Track time and attendance for technicians and coordinate startups.
• Invoice customers and assist in local AP/AR functions.
• Coordinate warranty, parts orders, and shipments.
• Maintain OSHA logs and enter data into ERP system.
• Close out work orders with proper paperwork and records.
