Modigent is seeking an entry-level Service Agent I - HVAC to coordinate daily service activities, dispatch technicians, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will schedule repairs, manage work orders, and assist with invoicing in a fast-paced office setting.

The role emphasizes organization, strong communication, and teamwork, with hybrid options and a path to growth within our service teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, dispatching or admin support; HVAC/service background is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license not required for this office-based role.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and dispatch service requests from customers.
• Identify technicians and schedule work to balance productivity and service quality.
• Answer calls with a warm, professional demeanor and liaise between customers and field staff.
• Coordinate appointments, maintain preventive maintenance schedules, and manage invoicing.
• Procure materials from vendors and support timely job completion.
• Review paperwork and ensure accurate work orders for invoicing.
• Support AR reports and collections as needed.
