Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems. You will join a nationwide team, with opportunities for training and growth after completing leveling class.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, HVAC trade school preferred, EPA/ NATE certifications is a plus, and valid driver’s license. Expect overtime, travel, and potential relocation after training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC Trade school graduate strongly preferred with 3.5 GPA and good attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; some hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification- Type I & Type II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform lifting up to 90 lbs.
• Technical aptitude to maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Uses technical abilities to maintain systems.
• Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Must work in a safe manner and follow all safety measures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
