Job summary

Lennox National Account Services, part of Lennox International, is hiring an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and service for commercial customers. You will work on-site with a team, perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs, and grow through nationwide training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC trade school graduate with strong attendance (GPA 3.5 preferred).
• 1+ year in mechanical support; some HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 lbs.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and self-schedule.
• Willingness to relocate after training; local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety measures and safe work practices daily.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
