Job summary

Lennox National Account Services, a subsidiary of Lennox International, seeks an entry level HVAC Technician to support installation, maintenance, and service for commercial customers. You will work on-site with a team to ensure reliable system operation.

The role offers overtime, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits; requires a high school diploma or GED, HVAC trade school, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification preferred, and ability to lift up to 90 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC trade school graduate strongly preferred with good attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; some hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification - Type I & Type II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform heavy lifting up to 90 lbs.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to work independently, self-schedule, and complete paperwork.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and relocate if required.
• Local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety measures at all times and perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasionally work overtime and weekends as needed.
