Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and building services.
• Experience servicing mechanical systems in HVAC preferred.
• Able to work on client sites with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Apprentices will be trained and perform on HVAC equipment and controls at client sites.
• Participate in Service Technical Academy training for skill development and advancement.
• Develop troubleshooting skills for technical issues and customer needs.
• Provide updates on job progress to JCI, contractors, and customers as needed.
• Meet first-year union training attendance requirements.
• Provide recommendations to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Offer quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
