Job summary

MIELKE Mechanical Holdings, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Account Manager to help grow service revenue, renew existing service agreements, and win new projects.

The right candidate will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with service leadership, and work within a safety-first, team-oriented environment on a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC service sales or account management is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet revenue and gross margin goals.

Responsibilities

• Obtain meetings with clients to renew service agreements and sell repair or replacement projects.
• Conduct meetings in-person or remotely using Teams/Zoom.
• Maintain assigned customers and execute plans to hit yearly revenue goals.
• Prepare monthly quotes and sales reporting via company portal.
• Build rapport with customers, vendors, coworkers, and external contacts.

MIELKE Mechanical Holdings, Inc. is currently searching for a full-time HVAC Service Account Manager to join their team in Columbus, Ohio! The HVAC Service Account Manageris responsible for helping MIELKE obtain brand recognition, increase sales opportunities and customer growth through Account touchpoints.

Our HVAC Service Account Manager will:

• Obtain meetings with existing to renew existing Service Agreements, sell repair work, and project replacement work.
• Meetings can be in-person or remote utilizing Teams, Zoom, etc.
• Customers will be assigned by MIELKE but maintained by the Account Manager.
• Establish a plan then execute the plan to hit Revenue and Gross Margin goals yearly.
• New Project opportunities and any opportunity larger than $25,000 is to be discussed with Service Leadership for the best strategy to secure the work.
• Utilize customers for referral opportunities.
• Complete monthly quoting/sales reporting via MIELKE portal.
• Build rapport and productive working relationships with customers, vendors, co-workers and other outside contacts.
