Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Perform service repairs and maintenance of various HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, providing timely and accurate solutions to customers, including selling repairs, new systems, and add-on products.
3. Conduct regular maintenance checks to prevent costly repairs and ensure systems are in optimal condition year-round.
4. Assist customers in selecting the best HVAC systems to suit their needs, offering expert advice on high-efficiency and traditional systems.
5. Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers regarding their HVAC systems and any necessary repairs or maintenance.
6. Mentor and train junior technicians, sharing your expertise to foster their professional growth.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
8. Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

The ideal candidate should possess:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong background in both traditional and high-efficiency systems.
2. Experienced customer service professional with ability to sell.
3. Proven expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
5. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and mentoring skills.
7. Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant EPA and State licenses and registration as required. NATE certificate is a plus.
8. Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
9. Commitment to providing top-quality service and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
