Job summary

F.H. Furr is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems in the Frederick area.

You’ll deliver top-tier customer service, work with a supportive team, and progress along a clear career path with ongoing training and leadership support. This role reports to the Frederick, MD branch and offers an attractive compensation package with a signing bonus up to 10,000 and annual license bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits suite and company-provided tools

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• A passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license (company policy requires drivers to be 21+).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with confidence
• Perform tune-ups, maintenance, and system evaluations
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC components
• Ensure all work meets local and national code requirements
