Job summary

Topline Heating & Air in Lancaster, PA is seeking a motivated HVAC Service & Selling Technician who delivers top-tier service, educates homeowners on repair options, system performance, indoor air quality, and replacement opportunities. This role offers full-time Monday–Friday with uncapped commission potential and earning up to $50K–$100K, plus a company vehicle, phone, and training.
