Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC experience is preferred and beneficial.
• EPA Certification preferred (Type II or Universal).
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently.
• Assist with unit turns (make-readies).
• Maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide solutions.
• Support preventative maintenance programs and on-call rotation.
