Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Selling Technician to step up from HVAC technician or to advance from sales tech without the opportunities you deserve. We offer a competitive hourly base with commissions, bonuses, and spiffs on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing communication in homes and businesses.
• Willingness to expand knowledge with training and certifications.
• Ability to promote equipment, accessories and promotional material.

Responsibilities

• Determine residential HVAC service needs and perform repairs, interacting with customers in homes and businesses.
• Understand residential heating and cooling equipment operation, IAQ, air distribution systems and basic HVAC repairs.
• Train to expand knowledge base with certifications as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair various residential HVAC systems and install IAQ products per codes.
• Lift and maneuver equipment up to 25 lbs; climb ladders and use hand/power tools.
• Pass drug test, background check and hold a valid driver's license.
