Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC technician with sales skills to join our team. The role focuses on service, repair, and installation of residential and light commercial systems, with emphasis on converting estimates into sales in the Service Titan app.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HVAC experience with sales, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. NATE certification is preferred; a flexible schedule may be required including some evenings and

• 3–5 years of HVAC technician experience with sales background.
• NATE certification preferred, strong communication and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, repairs and installs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose HVAC malfunctions and determine required repairs.
• Create estimates and convert to sales in Service Titan mobile app.
• Maintain neat work area and ensure cleanliness after completion of each job.
• Practice safety-conscious conduct on job sites and while driving.
